The SIG is composed of over 7,000 member companies

group of dedicated staff in Hong Kong, Sweden, and

SIA in April, 2002. |

Atheros is a member of the Wi-Fi Alliance, an
organization dedicated to interoperability of
wireless LAN products supporting IEEE 802.11
standards. Atheros joined the Wi-Fi Alliance which
was formerly WECA (Wireless Ethernet Compatibility
Alliance) in May 2000 to lead the efforts on next
generation interoperability. |
