Atheros Schedules First Quarter 2008 Conference Call for April 28, 2008

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – April 7, 2008 – Atheros Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATHR), a leading developer of advanced wireless and wired solutions, has scheduled its first quarter 2008 financial results conference call for Monday, April 28, 2008 at 2 p.m. Pacific time.  Atheros will release the company’s first quarter financial results at approximately 1 p.m. Pacific time.
